April Open Gyms

Did you know that April 6th is National Love Our Children's Day!! So, feed them healthy meals by rounding out they're carb and protein intake. Make sure they drink plenty of water and eat lots of greens and vegetables. Eat Fresh!! Cut out as much sugar as possible so that they can think clearly and let their minds grow. Make sure they get plenty of physical activity and limit their time on gaming and watching TV.
