Preschool Program

Welcome to our Preschool Gymnastics Program designed for our youngest of little learners ranging from 6 months to 5 years old. Our knowledge of gymnastics and brain development has inspired us to focus our Kinderkids Program around critical milestones for proper brain development through movement.  We know that up to the age of 5 gymnastics offers invaluable developmental benefits that go beyond physical fitness.

Program Overview:

In this program your little one will develop fine and gross motor skills, basic muscle coordination, as well as build social skills. Classes include weekly themes, skills and fun, fun, fun! Students will learn via circuit rotations revolving around vault, bars, beam, and tumbling skills. Circuit activities incorporate fine and gross motor activities in addition to traditional gymnastics skills. The foam pit, parachutes and other props are utilized to enhance the learning experience. The combination of physical activity, cognitive challenge, and social interaction makes gymnastics an ideal activity for promoting healthy development in young children, setting the stage for a lifetime of learning and movement.

Why Choose Our Preschool Gymnastics Program?

  • Learning Through Play: Play is often considered the highest form of learning, especially in the first five years of life, when children’s brains are rapidly developing. Through play, children explore their environment, develop social skills, strengthen cognitive abilities, and build emotional resilience. It lays the foundation for language, motor skills, and executive function, all essential for future academic and life success. In essence, play is not just fun—it is a vital, natural pathway to meaningful early learning and development.
  • Developing Milestones: Gymnastics is an exceptional tool for fostering key developmental milestones in children, providing both physical and cognitive benefits. Our program encourages the development of strength, flexibility, coordination, and motor skills, while also nurturing important cognitive and social growth.
  • Building Social Skills: In group classes, children learn to interact with peers, share space, and take turns, which enhances social skills. Teamwork, cooperation, and communication are emphasized, helping them develop emotionally and socially.

  • Motor Development: At this early stage, gymnastics helps young children build foundational motor skills, such as balance, coordination, and spatial awareness, which are critical as they begin to navigate the world around them. Activities like crawling, jumping, rolling, and climbing engage their core muscles, improve their flexibility, and foster overall strength, supporting the development of healthy bones and muscles.

Trampoline & Tumbling

Welcome to our Tumbling Program, designed specifically for kids who LOVE to tumble but aren’t interested in bars or beam! If your child is more focused on floor skills and acrobatics, this program is perfect for them. Our tumbling-focused classes allow young athletes to explore the exciting world of movement, power, and flexibility—all while developing skills they can be proud of.

Program Overview:

Tumbling builds strength, power, courage, and confidence, as well as body awareness and balance. Our Trampoline & Tumbling classes teach progressive skills on trampoline, tumble track, double-mini trampoline and floor. Instructors may also introduce other pieces of equipment during class to continue building strength, coordination, flexibility and technique but the focus is always on acrobatic skills. These classes also provide the best foundation for developing a higher fitness and mental level, which can transfer to other sports.

Why Choose Our Tumbling Program?

  • No Bars or Beam: If your child prefers the floor and doesn’t want to focus on bars or beam, our tumbling program allows them to concentrate on what they love. They’ll still get the benefits of gymnastics, such as improved balance, strength, and flexibility, but with a focus on skills that are fun and fast-paced.
  • Skill Development: Tumbling is an excellent way for kids to build confidence, as they progress through skills and master new moves. The instant feedback from successfully executing a cartwheel or back handspring provides a strong sense of accomplishment and helps children develop a growth mindset.
  • Great for Active Kids: Tumbling is a fantastic outlet for kids with lots of energy! It’s an action-packed discipline that helps children channel their enthusiasm into skill-building, physical fitness, and mental focus. Plus, it’s a great way to improve overall coordination and body awareness.
  • No Pressure to Compete: This program is ideal for children who want to have fun and develop their tumbling skills without the pressure of competition. They can take their time learning and growing, and still enjoy the benefits of being part of a supportive gymnastics community.
  • Prepare for Other Sports: Tumbling develops a lot of the skills needed for other sports, such as agility, body control, and flexibility. Whether they play soccer, cheerleading, or just love running around, tumbling will enhance your child’s physical abilities and boost their athletic performance.
  • Safe and Effective Training: We ensure athletes receive safe, structured training with proper progression, so they can improve their tumbling without risking injury. Our facility is fully equipped with the latest training equipment for safe and effective practice.
