Trampoline & Tumbling

Welcome to our Tumbling Program, designed specifically for kids who LOVE to tumble but aren’t interested in bars or beam! If your child is more focused on floor skills and acrobatics, this program is perfect for them. Our tumbling-focused classes allow young athletes to explore the exciting world of movement, power, and flexibility —all while developing skills they can be proud of.

Program Overview:
Tumbling builds strength, power, courage, and confidence, as well as body awareness and balance. Our Trampoline & Tumbling classes teach progressive skills on trampoline, tumble track, double-mini trampoline and floor. Instructors may also introduce other pieces of equipment during class to continue building strength, coordination, flexibility and technique but the focus is always on acrobatic skills. These classes also provide the best foundation for developing a higher fitness and mental level, which can transfer to other sports.

No Bars or Beam: If your child prefers the floor and doesn’t want to focus on bars or beam, our tumbling program allows them to concentrate on what they love.
