Kinderkids Preschool Program

Welcome to our Preschool Gymnastics Program, designed for our youngest of little learners ranging from 6 months to 5 years old. Our knowledge of gymnastics and brain development has inspired us to focus our Kinderkids Program around critical milestones for proper brain development through movement. We know that up to the age of 5 gymnastics offers invaluable developmental benefits that go beyond physical fitness.

Program Overview:
In this program your little one will develop fine and gross motor skills, basic muscle coordination, as well as build social skills. Classes include weekly themes, skills and fun, fun, fun! Students will learn via circuit rotations revolving around vault, bars, beam, and tumbling skills. Circuit activities incorporate fine and gross motor activities in addition to traditional gymnastics skills. The foam pit, parachutes and other props are utilized to enhance the learning experience. The combination of physical activity, cognitive challenge, and social interaction makes gymnastics an ideal activity for promoting healthy development in young children, setting the stage for a lifetime of learning and movement.
Why Choose Our Preschool Gymnastics Program?
Learning Through Play: Play is often considered the highest form of learning, especially in the first five years of life, when children's brains are rapidly developing. Through play, children explore their environment, develop social skills, strengthen cognitive abilities, and build emotional resilience. It lays the foundation for language, motor skills, and executive function, all essential for future academic and life success. In essence, play is not just fun—it is a vital, natural pathway to meaningful early learning and development.
Developing Milestones:
Gymnastics is an exceptional tool for fostering key developmental milestones in children, providing both physical and cognitive benefits. Our program encourages the development of strength, flexibility, coordination, and motor skills, while also nurturing important cognitive and social growth.
Building Social Skills:
In group classes, children learn to interact with peers, share space, and take turns, which enhances social skills. Teamwork, cooperation, and communication are emphasized, helping them develop emotionally and socially.
Motor Development:
At this early stage, gymnastics helps young children build foundational motor skills, such as balance, coordination, and spatial awareness, which are critical as they begin to navigate the world around them. Activities like crawling, jumping, rolling, and climbing engage their core muscles, improve their flexibility, and foster overall strength, supporting the development of healthy bones and muscles.
