Come join us, bring your family and friends to open gym! Get the most out of your practice and work on those skills that you need a little more time to master. Keep up your workout schedule. Make sure you do a 5 minute cardio before your workouts and end with a good stretch.

It's not too late to take those long bike rides while fall is here!
