Open Gyms

October 13 & 20th. WE ARE BACK TO FRIDAYS!!! Learning is a great experience at Open Gym! Fall is here lets keep those muscles warm by bringing cardio into your fitness program! This month's Open Gyms are about cardio warm-ups before your good workout. Cardiovascular activity, may be one of the most important types of physical activity to engage in. To maintain health, the Centers for Disease Control and the American College of Sports Medicine recommend performing a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio activity on most, if not all, days of the week.
